With only 4 games remaining on the schedule, the Warriors made the trip out east to battle against Gloucester and Cornwall. These were some much needed points for the Warriors to have a chance at second place in the east division. The Warriors needed to deliver, and deliver, they did. Even though the team was short-handed with 15 runners, they were able to pull out 4 points.

In the Saturday night game versus Gloucester, the Warriors went up early, and were able to hold onto their lead, even though they only had one 3rd period goal, 11-9. Wyatt Craik (4G,2A) and Matty Andersson (4G,1A) both had huge nights for the Warriors. Keegan White added a 4 point night with 2 goals and 2 assists, and Austin Tracogna had a 1 goal and 3 helper night. Other players on the game sheet were Chris McDonald (4A), Jacob Twohey (3A), Devin Gilligan (2A), Liam Scott (1A) and Adam Heinrichs (1A). The full box score can be found here.

The Warriors then had a great game against Cornwall. The Celtics played tough on their home floor, but the Warriors were able to come out on top 8-5. Tracogna played a huge part in the teams offence with 3 goals and 1 assist. White and McDonald both had 2 goal, 1 assist games as well. James Grant grabbed the last goal. Craik, Twohey, Gilligan, Andersson, Darren Elliott and Jake Wilson all had one assist in the winning effort. For the full box score, click here.

The Warriors are back in action June 29 against the Clarington Shamrocks at Rickard arena, and then play in their final season game against Cornwall, July 2 at McKinney.
